Delivery Charges

We work with our associated courier company DHL for both national and overseas deliveries.

We estimate delivery at between 5 to 7 working days for mounted prints and 7 to 14 working days for framed prints – where possible we of course strive to get them out as quickly as possible.

On dispatch you will be given a DHL tracking number to enable you to track your parcel.

Please bear in mind during particularly busy times of the year whilst we operate a next day delivery policy (excluding weekends and bank holidays) that deliveries can be subject to delay and this needs to be taken into consideration.

You must ensure that you check your goods on receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any problems.

Delivery charges are calculated on checkout and based on items, product size and delivery destination.

Please note that VAT is included on delivery charges where applicable.

UK Mainland orders are shipped free of charge for items of up to 120cm on any one dimension (including packaging) items exceeding this dimension (including packaging) are subject to a surcharge of £24.95 plus VAT.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for overseas destinations

In addition you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Any additional charges for overseas delivery and customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from Artique Galleries you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard your privacy international customers and customers dispatching products abroad should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. How To Return An Item

Should you change your mind about your purchase you have 14 days after the date you receive the goods to return them to us.

Please note that this excludes artwork that has been customised by framing or any modifications to it.

You must notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return the purchase either via e-mail or telephone, stating your order number and reason for the return.

Your purchase must be in its original condition and packaging. We can either arrange a courier collection of the item or you must ensure the item is securely packaged and returned to:-

Please note that unless the product is faulty or we are under a legal duty to do so you must pay the costs of the return.

Please note that all returned items are subject to a quality check before refunds are processed.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or evidence that you have sent the product to us.
